Past Horses

Pick and Tuck "Tucker"

Tucker is a 27 year old TB gelding who originally came to Alexis as a summer project horse 12 years ago.  Tucker is a great horse to learn on and loves teaching kids and adults the fundamentals of Dressage.  Tucker has traveled all over the east coast from Florida to Massachusetts.  Tucker is retired from the show ring but is still a barn favorite to trail ride!

Apache's Mountain Storm "Stormy"

Stormy is an 11 year old American Warmblood.  Stormy is out of Apache's Princess and Glendevon's Mountain Man.  In 2012 Stormy and Alexis were the reserve champions at Novice at Azrael Acres.  In 2013, Alexis and Stormy moved up to Training Level and hope to move up to Preliminary by the end of the season.  Stormy and Alexis are also actively competing at local USDF competitions and hope to receive their bronze by the end of 2014.  Stormy is also used as part of the lesson program for our more advanced students to learn on.
